Application Area and Purpose
Pre-cleaning and disinfection of all kinds of interventional surgical tools, dental tools and equipments, surgical laparoscopic instruments, flexible and rigid endoscopes. Blood on surface, fat, protein, clearing organic waste such as starch, it provides a more effective disinfection process.Does not cause corrosion, bruises or color change in the endoscope sheath.
Compatible with glass, ceramics, silicon, plastic, PVC, acrylic polymers, polycarbonate, polystyrene, HDPE, porcelain and stainless steel. It is anti corrosive. Suitable for endoscope washing machine, ultrasonic cleaning machines and manual.
Application Procedure
For professional use, concentrated solution.
– at a dilution of %0.5 (for 5L cold/hot water maximum + 45 ° C 25 ml)
– at a dilution of %1 (for 5L cold/hot water maximum + 45 ° C 50 ml)
Fill a clean and closed container with the prepared solution at the right concentration. By disassembling instruments, immerse all the surfaces and gaps in the solution. Close the container. For organic soils, brush with a brush of medium hardness. Depending on the required activity; wait until time of microbiological effects. Atfer the required contact time, rinse thoroughly. Lifetime the solution prepared is 24 hours. But it is advisable to change when the is solution is soiled.
Composition
Enzymes (amylase, protease, lipase), Monoethyleneglycol, Nonionic surfactants, Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride, Anticorrosive materials and Deionized water.
