Medica 2024 Fair Turkey National Participation Organization

Dear Industry Representative,

The 15th National Participation Organization for the Medica Fair, which will be held in Düsseldorf, Germany, from November 11-14, 2024, will be organized by our Union.

There is a limited number of booth spaces available for companies that wish to participate in the national participation organization of Turkey. Participation details are provided in the table below, and interested companies are requested to complete the required procedures and submit their applications by 2:00 PM on Monday, September 30, 2024.

PARTICIPATION DETAILS:

1. If a company withdraws after applying, the advance payment will not be refunded.
2. Payments must be made from the participant company's bank account to our Union's bank account via banking channels. Payments made directly to our bank account in person will not be accepted.
3. Our Union reserves the right to cancel the fair organization based on the number of applications, budget, and organizational possibilities. In such a case, the amounts paid by the applying companies will be refunded.
4. The placement of companies that apply will be determined by our Union based on criteria such as booth size (m2), prior participation in our national participation organizations (specific to the relevant fair), advance payment, order of advance payment, membership status, etc. Companies do not have the option to choose their booth locations. Changes in requested m2 may be made depending on the area allocated to our Union if necessary.
5. The islands allocated for the national participation organization are planned to be located in Halls 1, 6, and 16, and the exact locations of the islands will be determined in June.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION: (**)

1. Completing the online application form available at this link.
2. Sending the receipt showing the payment of the 2,000 EURO advance to [email protected] (Please indicate the name of the fair on the receipt).
3. Signing the commitment letter available at this link with an electronic signature and sending it to [email protected] (KEP address) or, if electronic signing is not possible, sending the original signed copy by courier (Please review the commitment letter carefully).

MINISTRY OF TRADE SUPPORT

Under Article 7, titled "Overseas Fair Support," of Decision No. 5973 on Export Supports by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, the support amount for this fair participation is published at the following link.

The support amount announced by the Ministry of Trade for the Medica 2024 Fair is 15,828

TL/m2.

(As of 2024, the support upper limit for sectoral fairs is 698,317 TL, and if the fair is listed as a prestigious fair, the upper limit is 2,096,497 TL.)
